Description

HIGH SCHOOL PREP CAMP

Week-Long Premium Camp | Ages 13-16
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Our High School Prep Camp is designed for players transitioning to high school basketball and looking to prepare for the physicality, pace, and intensity of the next level.

Curated by our Head of Programming, Coach Miki Mitrovic, this camp combines skill development with strength and conditioning work, emphasizing the physical and mental demands of high school basketball. Athletes will refine their skills while learning how to compete through contact, manage their body, and approach the game with the maturity and preparation required at the next level.

What Makes This Camp Different:

  • Professional-level Coaching: Ex-pros & collegiate level athletes, coached under Momentum's 'Mitrovic Method' umbrella, lead all of our programming
  • Guest Speakers: Learn from high-level players, as well as high school/college coaches sharing insights on the transition
  • Film Sessions: Study game film to understand the demands of the pace, physicality, and decision-making
  • Mental Performance Training: Preparation habits, competitive mindset, leadership
  • Coach Miki's Direct Involvement: Miki will be dropping in to coach throughout the week, providing high-level instruction and feedback and preparing players for the transition

Daily Training Focus:

  • Skill refinement with an emphasis on game application
  • Physicality training: finishing through contact, playing with pace
  • Conditioning and movement work
  • High-intensity live gameplay
  • Leadership and communication on the court

Who Should Attend:
This camp is designed for players (ages 13-16) preparing to play high school basketball or currently playing at the high school level.
